Reviews and Ratings
The hotel was very cosy and comfortable with a great bathroom, although it could have been made ready with roll-ons before our arrival. It was gloomy with limited natural light and dim electric lighting, and very noisy.
I felt like a VIP with a fruit and drink basket in my room, the generous balcony offered a great view, but having people walking past my window was a bit strange after a long flight. The staff, from front desk to valet, were super friendly, making me feel like I was sleeping on clouds, yet I found extra charges for services unpleasant, like the pricey car parking.
I had an amazing stay at the hotel with breathtaking views of the harbor from my room. The room was fantastic with floor-to-ceiling glass windows, although it only had twin beds instead of a double as per my reservation. The service provided was top-notch, making our stay truly memorable. The location was fabulous right on the Auckland harbor, but the dining experience fell slightly short of expectations. Facilities were great overall, enhancing our stay.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic, with comfortable and clean rooms boasting a large balcony for relaxation. However, there were some dust particles present. The location was stunning, providing easy access to the city, though some communication barriers were noted. The dining experience was top-notch, except for the packaged bread. The facilities were well-maintained and enjoyable.
The hotel offers spacious, clean rooms with some minor drawbacks but boasts friendly staff and amazing views of the harbor, although partially obstructed by nearby ships.
The hotel offers beautiful rooms with a large balcony to enjoy the sunshine, although they are a bit dated for the price paid, and the view is of the seal rather than the water. The service is friendly and accommodating, especially from Christin. The location is central, with great waterfront views, but some noise issues from cruise ships may affect the experience. The dining options are good but can be pricey, and the ground floor restaurant setting may lack ambiance. Overall, a decent stay with both positives and negatives.
When I arrived, the rooms were almost ready, which was convenient. While the TV only had paid movies and the standard wasn't fully met, the rooms were clean and well maintained overall.
I had an amazing stay at the hotel with the most stunning 180o views over Waitamata Harbour. The Bow Suite was a dream come true, offering me the most comfortable sleep on a King size bed. The room was so peaceful, with no traffic noise to disrupt my rest. Definitely coming back for more!
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were outdated with poor decor, but they provided good views and plenty of balcony space. However, the location was fantastic with breathtaking views and proximity to bars and restaurants. The dining experience was canceled, which was disappointing. Overall, an average stay with some drawbacks.
